Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BSN preferred.
• Current IL RN license and Iowa RN license within one year of hire.
• BLS, Mandatory Reporter. ACLS within 12 months.
• TNCC and NVCI within 6 months.
• Strong critical thinking and ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to lead/direct others in high-stress situations.

Responsibilities

• Gathers initial data and completes admission assessment within 30 minutes of arrival.
• Develops an outcome-based plan of care and identifies patient problems.
• Collaborates with care teams to plan and implement interventions.
• Interprets assessment data to determine patient outcomes and priorities.
• Maintains accurate documentation and communicates during shift changes.
• Ensures medication safety and adheres to established policies.
