MercyOne Genesis serves a 17-county bi-state region of the Quad Cities and surrounding communities in Iowa and Illinois. MercyOne is part of Trinity Health and seeks a Critical Care Float RN for the day shift on a part-time schedule; 40 hours every 2 weeks with every other weekend and some holidays.

Responsibilities include high-risk, culturally competent care across ICU units, complex assessments, therapies, and adherence to ANA standards, with opportunities for growth within the system.

Qualifications

• Iowa RN license with ability to practice in Illinois within 1 year.
• ACLS and Basic Life Support certifications required.
• Associate degree in nursing is required.

Responsabilités

• Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally competent care for high-risk patients in ICU settings.
• Performs complex assessments, diagnoses, planning and evaluation with evidence-based practice.
• Delivers high-intensity therapies with continuous nursing surveillance.
• Adheres to ANA Professional Practice Standards.
• Participates in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
