Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. is seeking a licensed HVAC technician to lead the Homeowner's Heating Workshop. The role requires NJ licensure, 1–3 years of related experience, and comfort with online classroom platforms.

The instructor will prepare and conduct a weekly on-site class on Saturdays, with five sessions scheduled from 10/17/26 to 12/5/26. The position is part-time for a total of 20 hours at $40 per hour, with benefits not included.

Qualifications

• Must be a Licensed HVAC technician.
• 1-3 years experience working as a NJ licensed HVAC technician.
• Comfortable with learning and mastering online classroom management applications.
• Able to prepare and conduct class once a week on campus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Homeowner's Heating Workshop.
• Class is scheduled for Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 Noon.
• Conduct 5 class sessions running from 10/17/26 through 12/5/26.
