Resource Label Group, LLC (RLG) is seeking a Digital Press Operator for the Weekend Day Shift (Friday to Sunday, 5:00 AM–5:30 PM) in Cerritos, CA. The role operates the HP Indigo Web Press to produce pressure sensitive labels, with onsite training and growth opportunities.

The position requires prior press experience, strong math and measurement skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Wage range is $25.00–$27.00 per hour, DOE.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with related experience or training.
• Experience operating a press in a printing environment preferred, especially digital.
• Experience handling Films and Paper in a print line.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements, including reading rulers and scales.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
• Eye for detail with color and measurement accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Produce high quality labels meeting job specs and customer standards.
• Input data including time and materials into job management software.
• Load jobs into press, manage inks, and adjust press settings.
• Inspect sample strips for imperfections and adjust accordingly.
• Communicate changes to supervisor to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine maintenance.
