Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• One year of hotel housekeeping and clerical experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and Outlook.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Types memos, letters, reports, and materials as assigned by supervisor and maintains departmental files.
• Receives calls from guest rooms and dispatches maintenance personnel as required.
• Inputs and updates all work orders and inspections into the computer.
• Maintains lost and found and dispatch logs.
• Conducts key checks and searches for lost keys.
• Keeps an orderly work area and presents as a credit to Harrah’s.
• Adheres to regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures.
• Responsible for weekly inventory and ordering supplies for housekeeping.
