Job summary

Sleep Inn Mt Hope is seeking a Weekend Night Audit team member to manage 11pm–7am front desk duties including check-in/check-out, guest requests, and balance of cash and credit card transactions.

The role requires uniform compliance, phone etiquette, and the ability to work Saturdays and Sundays, with services for guests and support for housekeeping as needed.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service; handle check-in/check-out, balance cash, reconcile credit cards, answer phones.

Responsibilities

• Greet all guests and provide information about policies, services and amenities.
• Process check-ins and check-outs; sell rooms to walk-ins; enter and modify reservations in the system.
• Post charges to guest accounts and process payments; balance cash drawer.
• Inform housekeeping of room changes; balance daily logs and complete checklists.
• Answer phones, transfer calls, and maintain the front desk area.
• Respond to guest requests and complaints with professional courtesy.

Hotel Night Audit 11pm - 7am

We are looking to add to our award winning team at the Sleep Inn Mt Hope.

This position is for Saturday and Sunday (11p-7a).

Must be available weekends.

About the Hotel: The Sleep Inn Mt Hope located in Millersburg, Ohio.

Job Description: Provide excellent customer service to all guest of the hotel, check -in and check- out procedures, balancing cash, reconcile credit cards, answering the phone, attend to the needs of the guest.

Essential Job Functions: Be in required uniform, name tag, and ear piece. Greet all guests. Providing information to guest about policies, services, and ammenties. Respond to guest requests, selling rooms to walk-in guests, entering / changing reservations in the system, posting charges to guest accounts, processing payments from guests, making necessary changes to guest accounts, informing housekeeping of any room changes, etc. Listening and responding to the needs of the guest. Responding to guest complaints, answering the phone, transfering calls, cleaning of the front desk area and the surrounding area, completing checklists, maintaining daily logs, balancing cash drawer, must be able to stand for an 8 hour shift.

Additional Responsibilities: Attitude must be conductive to team growth, hospitality, and serving environment. Must be willing to complete hospitality training, and education of the hospitality industry, and any other duties given by the supervisor, or general manager.

Knowledge of Choice Advantage is preferre but not required.
