Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Must possess a valid state issued driver’s license that must remain current during employment (HVB).
• Preferred: Prior health care security experience, outside security, military and/or law enforcement background or experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide an environment of safety and protection for the hospital, parking facilities, its employees, patients and visitors by monitoring and protecting premises, personnel, and assets.
• Make rounds in designated areas, enforce security protocols, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
• Serve as a visible deterrent to unauthorized activities and provide assistance in emergencies to maintain order and safety.
