The Care Team Hospice is seeking an experienced After Hours Clinical Manager (RN) to lead and empower the weekend clinical team in Mishawaka, IN. This full-time role focuses on staff supervision, clinical coordination, and ensuring continuous, high-quality hospice care for patients and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating weekend coverage, supporting field staff, addressing clinical escalations, and ensuring compliant, timely documentation.

Qualifications

• RN license in Indiana required.
• Minimum 2 years RN experience.
• At least 1 year in leadership, supervision, or management in hospice or healthcare.

Responsabilités

• Lead, supervise, and support on-call and after-hours nursing staff.
• Coordinate weekend staffing, scheduling, visits, and admissions.
• Serve as primary leadership resource for clinical questions and escalations.
• Provide guidance, coaching, and accountability to team members.
• Collaborate with physicians and branch leadership to address patient needs.
• Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and timely communication of concerns.
• Provide direct patient care when clinically necessary.
