AdvisaCare is seeking a compassionate RN for Hospice at Home to provide one-on-one care in the patient ?s home, supporting families with dignity and heart. Weekend on-call responsibilities include triage, patient visits, tuck-ins, and admissions as needed across Saginaw and surrounding areas.

Current Michigan RN license in good standing is required; hospice experience is preferred but not mandatory. Join a team that values presence, empathy, and meaningful patient connections in a wholesome

Qualifications

• Current Michigan RN License in good standing.
• 1 year hospice experience preferred but not required.
• Empathetic approach to patients and caregivers.
• Participate in field visits daily, weekly office meetings as indicated.
• Ability to adapt to patient's status and needs on a weekend on call basis.

Responsabilités
