Job summary

Residential Home Health and Hospice in Lebanon, PA is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) for hospice patient care in home settings. The role offers a full-time schedule with 8am–8pm shifts on Fridays to Sundays or Saturdays to Mondays, totaling 40 hours weekly.

You will work with an interdisciplinary team to manage symptoms, provide end-of-life care, and document care in the EMR. A $10,000 first-year bonus is available for milestones.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Current driver’s license and ability to travel to patient homes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered hospice care at home with the interdisciplinary team.
• Respond to urgent needs, manage symptoms and pain, and provide end-of-life support.
• Support families during weekends and crisis situations, ensuring clear communication.
• Coordinate care with clinical judgment and maintain EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but collaborate as part of a team.
• Travel to patient homes within assigned territory.
