Residential Home Health and Hospice in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Weekend Registered Nurse (RN) to provide end-of-life care in patients' homes. This full-time role includes 8am-8pm shifts on Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon and a $10,000 first-year bonus for milestone achievements.

The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, assess and manage symptoms, and support families while maintaining EMR documentation.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state you work.
• Two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Driver’s license and ability to drive ~20% of workday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting.
• Respond to patient needs with urgent assessments and symptom management.
• Support families on weekends and during crises.
• Coordinate care with the team and maintain EMR documentation.
• Work independently, but collaborate when needed.
• Travel to patient homes within the assigned territory.
