Anchor Health is a dynamic hospice agency seeking a skilled LVN to assist with after-hours visits for weekend night shifts (Sat-Sun). This role is part-time/per diem with potential to move into a full-time position.

If you are a nurse with hospice experience and a passion for end-of-life care, a successful candidate must be 100% dependable, ready to answer immediately, and ready to GO. Must have a valid LVN license, CPR certification, driver's license, and car insurance.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid LVN license and CPR certification.
• Must have driver's license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Prior hospice or end-of-life care experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide after-hours hospice visits on weekends (Sat-Sun).
