Hospice LPN (Weekend) – Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am‑8:00 pm at any of our service areas on the South Shore. The Hospice Weekend LPN will work collaboratively with the RN case manager to provide skilled nursing services to patients in their homes, delivering direct patient care, communicating changes in status to the physician and case manager, and working as part of the team with strong communication skills.
Compensation: $48.00 – $60.00/hr.
