This part-time 24‑hour weekend role (Fri–Sun) offers bonus potential and a chance to impact home health services on the South Shore. The position requires 2+ years of hospice experience, 2+ years in administrative roles, and preferred bachelor's degree.

We are looking for a Weekend Liaison to work Part‑Time, 24 hours weekly. In this position, you will be responsible for new referrals to the Agency on the south shore. Serve as the primary liaison to prospective patients and designated health care providers, as well as insurance case management professionals and community groups, to ensure safe and appropriate care for all new patients.
Compensation: $45,000- 55,000 (based on experience and credentials) plus bonus!
Schedule: Friday-Sunday
