Qualifications

• Experience with OASIS assessments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans within 24 hours of admission.
• Document care and outcomes accurately and timely.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor responses and adverse effects.
