Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in New Bedford, MA. This weekend RN role offers part-time scheduling with flexible options and a weekend differential, serving adult and geriatric clients in Dartmouth, New Bedford, and surrounding towns.

The job requires MA RN licensure, graduation from an approved nursing program, and at least one year of recent hands-on experience with adults/geriatric patients; Home Health experience is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license in good standing in Massachusetts.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• At least one year of hands-on medical experience with adult/geriatric populations in relevant settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide RN home health visits in patients' homes.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and identify changes in patient condition.
• Manage medications, wound care, IV therapy, and post-surgical care as required.
• Triage and handle urgent clinical situations independently in home setting.

Education

MA RN license

Accredited nursing program graduation

1 year adult/geriatric clinical experience

Home Health Visiting Nurse experience preferred
