Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate opening for a Weekend RN to perform home health visits for our Hyannis, MA office, serving adult and geriatric patients in Hyannis, Yarmouth, Orleans, and surrounding towns.

One year of recent RN experience is required; home health experience is preferred. We offer premium pay, a generous benefits package, and a weekend differential to support flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patient's needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Perform duties including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor clients' conditions; report changes to supervisor.
• Follow up with, execute, and document doctors' orders.
• Perform client assessments as necessary.
• Case management and coordination.
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations in a touch pad tablet.
