Job summary

ProHealth Home Health and Hospice in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a Weekend PRN Registered Nurse to administer skilled nursing care in patients' homes. Responsibilities

• Provides skilled nursing care per plan of care.
• Performs initial evaluation visits and regular reevaluations.
• Initiates the plan of care and necessary nursing actions.
• Documents clinical and progress notes timely.
• Coordinates care with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Takes on-call duties on weekends and holidays.
