Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Home Health in Severn, Maryland. This role supports home health visits across Anne Arundel County in either full-time or part-time capacity.

The RN will follow care plans, administer medications, and document patient observations while coordinating with the clinical team. Maryland RN license and recent medical/surgical experience are required; travel to cases is expected.

Qualifications

• MD RN license required.
• 1 year or more of recent clinical experience in medical/surgical settings.
• Home health experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan for each patient.
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories.
• Administer medications, perform wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor patients’ conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document doctors’ orders and patient observations accurately.
• Coordinate case management with the Clinical or Client Services teams.
