Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Harmans, MD is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for home health visits in Anne Arundel County. We offer full-time or part-time positions with flexible schedules and 1:1 patient care.

The RN will follow care plans, administer medications and wound care, document via EMR, and coordinate with the Clinical team. A Maryland RN license and 1+ year clinical experience are required; travel is expected.

Qualifications

• A current MD RN license for Maryland.
• Minimum 1 year of recent clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home health experience preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Solid EMR experience preferred.
• Ability to travel to cases as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Follow a designated care plan per patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in designated territories.
• Administer medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures.
• Monitor client conditions and report changes to supervisor.
• Document orders and assessments accurately.
• Case management and coordination.
• Document observations using EMR tablet.
