Qualifications

• Valid and active California Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) license.

• Strong clinical skills including wound care, catheter care, IV blood draw, medication administration, and patient assessment.

Responsibilities

• Work alongside Case Managers to initiate individualized care plans for patients.
• Administer medication, perform wound care, and provide nursing services.
• Educate patients on disease management and self-care techniques.
