Job summary

BrightStar Care Karing Hent, Inc. in Maplewood, MN seeks compassionate Home Health Aides to provide personal care in clients' homes. Qualifications

• Compassionate, patient and caring nature.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience providing hands-on care in Home Health/Assisted Living/Hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and conversation to enhance clients' lives.
• Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and errands.
• Provide physical assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, transferring, and ambulation.
• Accompany clients to appointments or outings and provide transportation as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in health, behavior, and needs.
• Coordinate with RN Case Manager to update the care plan.
