Qualifications

• CPR certification preferred; may be required for some clients.
• Current licensure/registration with the appropriate state board.

• Bi-lingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Implements and provides day-to-day ADL and IADL support to clients within their home as ordered by the physician’s plan of treatment and client’s plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living including baths, grooming, dressing, toileting, transfers and ambulation.
• Assist with meals, light housekeeping, shopping, errands and appointments outside the home.
• Provide companionship and accompany clients to doctors or other appointments.
• Document shift details and services within established time parameters.
