Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers for a Midwest Regional route with home weekends and no-touch freight. Earns $1,620–$2,020 per week, plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500. Trucks are new Freightliner/Kenworth T-680s; benefits start after 60 days and include medical, dental, and 401K with match.

Night driving is required as routes run across IA, the Midwest, and the Northeast. No pickups/deliveries in New York state. Riders allowed from day one; trucks can be taken home on weekends.

Qualifications

• Night driving is required for this route-based schedule.
• At least 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience.
• No touch freight with consistent weekend home time.
• Must meet the carrier's safety and DMV history standards.
• Truck ownership and safety bonuses are part of the benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight with weekend home time.
• Drive routes across the Midwest, Northeast and adjacent regions.
• Maintain compliance with DOT and company safety policies.
• Coordinate with dispatch to manage hours, logs, and deliveries.
