Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers for a no-touch Midwest regional role with weekend home time. Earn $1,620–$2,020 per week with comprehensive benefits, bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500. Trucks are newer Freightliner/Kenworth; night shifts are common and safety bonuses apply.

Requirements include at least 8 months of OTR or Regional within the last 3 years, winter-drive experience, clean safety record, and stable employment history. Home weekends, 48 hours, no touch freight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional in last 3 years, with two months winter conditions.
• No more than 3 moving violations in CMV in last 3 years and no more than 2 in last year; no serious violations in last 3 years.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in last 3 years and no more than 3 parking lot incidents in last 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months; not terminated from any driving job in last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• No touch freight with home weekends and 48 hours off.
• Operate newer Freightliner/Kenworth trucks; night driving often required.
• Run Midwest regional routes from IA to Northeast; some nights on call.
• Drivers may take the truck home on weekends.
