Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers for a full-time Midwest Regional run, Monday through Friday with home weekends. This role requires at least 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience and night driving. No touch dry van freight and modern equipment with a range of benefits.

Drivers earn 0.67–0.71 CPM plus safety bonuses and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500. Benefits begin after 60 days and include medical, dental, life insurance, and 401(k) with match; riders allowed from day one;

Qualifications

• 8+ months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience in the last 3 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• Two months of winter condition experience (Dec/Jan/Feb) in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate Class A tractor-trailer on Midwest Regional routes.
• Deliver no-touch dry van freight with night driving as required.
• Home on weekends for 48 hours; trucks can be taken home on weekends.
