Job summary

Valor is seeking CDL A drivers for no-touch, weekend-home-time, Midwest regional runs. Earn $85K-$105K per year with weekly pay, safety bonuses, and a sign-on bonus up to $1,500. Trucks are modern Freightliner/Kenworth T-680 and include comforts.

Minimum 8 months of verifiable OTR or regional experience required; night driving may be necessary. All freight is no-touch, with 65% drop-and-hook. Benefits begin after 60 days, including medical, dental, life insurance, 401K with matching, and rider

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with two of those months in Winter Conditions in Dec/Jan/Feb.
• Maximum of 3 CMV moving violations in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year with no serious violations in the last 3 years.
• No DOT Preventable Accidents in the last 3 years; no more than 3 parking lot incidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• May not have been terminated from any driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.

Responsibilities

• Operate no-touch dry van freight.
• Home weekends with 48 hours off.
• Night driving required on schedule.
• Linehaul across Midwest and Northeast, no NYC pickups or deliveries.
