Job summary

Valor is hiring CDL A drivers for Midwest Regional runs with no-touch freight and weekend home time. Earn $1,620–$2,020 per week, with pay scales including a sign-on bonus up to $1,500 and competitive benefits starting after 60 days. Night driving is common; trucks are newer Freightliner and Kenworth models with modern amenities.

No NY city pickups, comprehensive safety requirements apply. Expect a demanding schedule with regional travel across the Midwest and Northeast, a strong safety record,

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 months OTR or Regional in last 3 years with two of those months in Winter Conditions (Dec/Jan/Feb)
No more than 3 moving violations in CMV in last 3 years; no more than 2 in last year; no serious violations in last 3 years
No DOT Preventable Accidents in last 3 years; no more than 3 parking lot incidents in last 2 years
No more than 4 driving jobs in last 12 months
May not have been terminated from any driving job in last 12 months; not more than 2 terminations in last 3 years

Responsibilities

Operate no-touch dry van freight on Midwest Regional routes
Night driving required; routes extend west to IA and northeast; home weekends for 48 hours
Truck home time on weekends; new Freightliner/Kenworth T-680 fleet; amenities in-vehicle
