Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Server for the Diversey location in Chicago. The ideal candidate will greet guests, take orders, upsell menu items, and deliver beverages with a focus on hospitality and efficiency.

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required. Prior restaurant experience and strong English communication skills are preferred to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth coordination with the team.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
• Minimum of two years of high school education; or up to one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations, such as addition, subtraction, and making change.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests within one minute of seating and assist with questions.
• Take orders and use upselling to recommend menu items.
• Prepare and deliver drinks, and ensure timely service to tables.
• Coordinate with hosts, bussers and cooks to fulfill orders.
• Keep work area clean, check back with guests, and ensure satisfaction.
