Qualifications

• Able to read and comprehend written menus, dietary reports, and computer screens.
• Applies basic computer skills for data entry and retrieval.
• Must be able to communicate and understand others.
• Able to lift and push 40 pounds and walk long periods in warm/cold environments.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation and storage following sanitary procedures.
• Take and deliver patient meals using computerized tablet.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and pantry areas.
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and participate in improvement projects.
