Job summary

Palo Verde Behavioral Health in Tucson is seeking a qualified Receptionist to join our team for PRN weekend shifts: Saturday 8am–12pm and Sunday 9am–5pm. You will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff.

Responsibilities include greeting visitors, answering phones, handling mail and deliveries, assisting with deposits and statements, and providing general administrative support to the department.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Two (2) years experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.
• Availability for occasional overtime or flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting all visitors.
• Answering the phones and paging when needed.
• Receiving and documenting incoming deliveries.
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
• Preparing weekday deposits and monthly statements for mailing.
• Providing administrative departmental and project support as needed.
