Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Two years in a behavioral healthcare setting as a receptionist is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and route to appropriate person/department.
• Greet and direct visitors.
• Process visitors as per hospital policy, including contraband checks and security procedures.
• Announce codes and complete emergency procedures.
• Assist with clerical duties as needed.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
