Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in health care.
• Ability to perform reception duties and administrative support as needed.
• Must be available for occasional overtime or flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and assisting all visitors
• Answering the phones and paging when needed
• Receiving and documenting incoming deliveries
• Processing incoming and outgoing mail
• Preparing weekday deposits and monthly statements for mailing
• Providing administrative departmental and project support as needed
