The Floor Tech at Ridgecrest Retirement & Healthcare Community ensures a clean, safe, and sanitary environment for residents, staff, and visitors. You will clean resident rooms, hallways, dining areas, and common spaces, mop and scrub floors, and maintain infection control standards across the facility.

The role requires ability to read and follow instructions, work independently or with a team, and be dependable and resident-focused.

• Replenish paper products, soap, and other housekeeping supplies.
• Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality at all times.
