Job summary

The role requires weekend coverage, Wednesday–Sunday schedule. Work across Store Management, Operations, Marketing, IT to resolve issues and improve guest satisfaction,

Qualifications

• Two to four years related experience and/or training.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversees day-to-day Guest Relations operations and KPIs.
• Coaches and evaluates Guest Relations Representatives.
• Handles escalations and analyzes trends to improve service.
• Manages staffing, workload, and scheduling.
• Reports performance to leadership and recommends improvements.
