Allendale Treatment is seeking a part-time weekend Group Therapist to provide group programming and therapeutic support across our two inpatient facilities, Allendale Treatment and Allendale Behavioral Health. This role is open to fully licensed clinicians or RNs seeking flexible weekend hours, with options for Saturday and Sunday, or either day based on needs.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, addiction studies, or related field.
Current Indiana licensure required (LCAC, LMHC, LMFT, or LCSW).
Current RN license in the State of Indiana.

Responsabilités

Facilitate therapeutic, psychoeducational, and recovery-focused groups for clients in an inpatient setting.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging environment that encourages client participation.
Provide appropriate therapeutic support and interventions based on client needs.
Collaborate with the clinical and nursing teams to support continuity of care.
Complete required documentation accurately and timely.
Follow all organizational policies, clinical standards, and regulatory requirements.
