Qualifications

• Masters degree in mental health or related field.
• License eligible in North Carolina (LSW/LMSW/LISW-CP/LISW-AP, LPC, LMFT, etc.).
• Experience with adolescents and behavioral health settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides individual, group, and family therapy to residents on caseload.
• Completes comprehensive clinical assessments within required timeframes.
• Maintains accurate, timely clinical documentation in EMR.
• Communicates with families, guardians, and referral sources about progress and discharge planning.
• Engages in treatment planning with residents and families, ensuring ethical and HIPAA compliance.
