Job summary

Liberty Hardware seeks a Group Lead for Small Order to guide weekend shift operations in a distribution setting. You will lead daily activities, ensure safety, and partner with other departments to meet demand.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) with 1 year in distribution/logistics, or a bachelor’s degree with 6 months experience. Strong leadership and MS Office proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year of distribution/logistics experience, or bachelor’s degree plus 6 months experience.
• Demonstrated history of positive leadership behaviors (teambuilding, accountability).
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint; experience with PkMS or other WMS preferred.
• RF-driven warehouse experience; certification/license to operate equipment preferred; Six Sigma Yellow Belt preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day work in assigned area(s) to meet business goals.
• Collaborate with other departments and shifts to balance labor with demand.
• Model safe practices and lead by example.
• Conduct start-up meetings, share metrics, and report safety data.
• Maintain accountability boards to drive productivity and quality.
