Job summary

Schwan's Merchandisers are needed to ensure our products are available on store shelves for grocery shoppers. This role focuses on safely stocking items, merchandising, rotating stock, and maintaining promotional displays while delivering excellent customer service.

The position is part-time with a Saturday-Sunday schedule, about 4-8 hours per weekend, and includes mileage reimbursement and paid training. Local travel and a valid license are required.

Qualifications

• Grocery experience preferred but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Ability to safely lift 35 pounds and move frozen products.
• Access to a smartphone to support company technology requirements.
• Able to meet pre-employment background check and drug test requirements.

Responsibilities

• Safely stock products in assigned stores.
• Merchandise and rotate product on shelves.
• Maintain product display space and set up promotional displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and work well with coworkers.
