Job summary

Haemonetics Corp is hiring a cGMP II operator for the Weekend Floater/Vacation Relief Team in Plasma manufacturing. The role builds on cGMP I, performing production tasks and supporting the Area Leader to keep production, quality and safety goals on track.

Shifts are Thursday through Sunday, 10 hours each, with flexibility for vacation coverage. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years GMP experience, a high school diploma, and the ability to work with diverse teams in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (medical device, pharma, or biotech preferred).
• Strong understanding of GMP/GDP principles.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency on all machinery and processes across Plasma departments.
• Perform production tasks accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance with cGMP standards.
• Assist the Area Leader with daily coordination, task prioritization, and team support.
• Help train and coach cGMP I team members as needed.
• Identify and communicate issues, deviations, or opportunities for improvement.
