Job summary

Haemonetics Software Solutions is seeking a cGMP II – Weekend Floater / Vacation Relief Team member for plasma manufacturing operations. The role builds on the cGMP I foundation, performing production tasks and supporting the Area Leader to meet production, quality, and safety goals.

The schedule is Thursday through Sunday 10-hour shifts (6:30 PM–4:00 AM) with high flexibility for vacation coverage and changing areas and responsibilities.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of GMP/GDP principles.
• Experience with equipment operation and troubleshooting.
• Cleanroom experience preferred.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and attention to detail.
• Basic computer and manufacturing system skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate and troubleshoot GMP equipment to ensure production flow.
• Maintain cleanroom standards and document records.
• Support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) activities.
• Train new associates in GMP practices and equipment operation.
• Escalate issues to maintenance/engineering and improve processes.
