Job summary

Summit Medical Consultants is seeking a Weekend Physician to provide medical care to the assigned patient population, document promptly, and participate in medical staff duties across Rehab, Skilled Nursing, Long Term Care and Assisted Living settings.

Travel to multiple facilities is required; you will evaluate care processes, support quality management, and collaborate with hospitalists, specialists and therapy teams to ensure high-quality care with no overnight call.

Responsibilities

• Participate in medical staff duties and quality assurance programs.
• Travel to multiple facilities (SNF, LTAC, ALF) as required.
• Collaborate with hospitalists, specialists, and therapists to ensure coordinated care.
