The Joint Chiropractic is seeking a Front Desk Sales Coordinator for weekend, part-time fill-in work across multiple locations (McDonough, Fayetteville, Newnan). This role greets patients, handles scheduling, and promotes wellness plans while contributing to clinic growth.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service or sales experience, can stand for extended periods, and collaborate with a franchisee-driven team that values trust and integrity. $16–$18 per hour with a potential bonus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
