Job summary

The Joint Chiropractic is hiring a Front Desk Sales Coordinator for weekend, part-time work across McDonough, Fayetteville, and Newnan. You will greet patients, handle check-ins, and drive wellness-plan sales to support clinic growth.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service or sales experience, strong communication, and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Fridays–Sundays schedule; bonus potential after 60 days.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum one year of customer service or sales experience preferred.
• Office management or marketing experience is a plus.
• Strong phone, computer, and multitasking skills.
• Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Must be able to stand/sit for long periods and lift up to 15 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients, providing a friendly and professional first impression.
• Manage the flow of patients through the clinic in a timely, organized manner.
• Present and sell wellness plans and membership packages confidently and accurately.
• Support the clinic’s sales goals by converting new and returning patients into members.
• Answer phone calls and assist with appointment scheduling and patient inquiries.
• Re-engage inactive members and maintain up-to-date patient records using POS software.
• Assist with clinic marketing efforts and community outreach.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk and clinic environment.
