You will monitor access, verify credentials, greet guests, and maintain visitor logs while delivering professional customer service. This role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to security procedures.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and/or contractors at a technology manufacturing location by site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Operate the front desk by greeting visitors, verifying identification and authorization, issuing visitor credentials, and maintaining entry records.
• Monitor lobby activity, incoming calls, and assigned systems, reporting unusual activity or access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, problem-solving manner following procedures.
• Assist with visitor management, package coordination, and directing guests professionally.
