Gulfport Behavioral Health System, a UHS facility, is hiring a part-time Receptionist for weekend shifts. The role greets visitors, answers the multi-line switchboard, handles deliveries, and provides clerical support, including deposits and admissions paperwork.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma and at least two years of experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in healthcare. This position offers benefits, with weekend hours Saturdays and Sundays 9am–9pm.

Qualifications

• Two years’ experience on a multi-line telephone switchboard, preferably in a health care environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist hospital visitors.
• Answer the multi-line switchboard.
• Document incoming deliveries and process mail.
• Provide clerical support and assist with deposits and admissions paperwork.
