Pleasant Acres Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in York, Pennsylvania is seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our front office team for weekend, 2nd shift coverage (2:30pm – 11pm). You will greet patients and visitors, manage calls, and support clinical staff with routine administrative tasks in a caring, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a healthcare setting or customer service role is preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
• Familiarity with basic computer software and technology

Responsabilités

• Greet patients, families, and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
• Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and efficient manner
• Manage and prioritize daily mail, packages, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
• Provide administrative support to clinical staff as needed
