You will manage a multi-line phone system, relay messages, handle mail, and assist with general office tasks. High school diploma required; hospital/senior living environment experience is a plus. This position supports a welcoming community atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Support managers on special projects and mailings as needed.
• Protect residents' privacy and uphold a professional environment.
• Coordinate meal service coverage and assist dining staff as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
