Job summary

Lexus of Cool Springs is seeking a warm, organized Part-Time Receptionist to join the Sales Department on Saturdays. Hours are 7:30 AM - 6 PM with pay of $15-16/hour. Additional days/hours may be available.

This role offers a steady weekend schedule and potential extra hours during the week. Applicants must be at least 19 years old and able to pass pre-employment screening including background checks and a valid driver's license for at least 3 years.

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist or front-desk experience preferred.
• Strong customer-service orientation.
• Comfortable using computers and multi-line phone systems.

Responsibilities

• Greet all visitors warmly and determine needs.
• Direct guests to the appropriate department or team member.
• Answer and transfer incoming calls, or take clear messages.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous and efficient manner.
• Maintain a clean and inviting coffee bar area; offer light refreshments.
• Assist with light administrative tasks and dealership support as needed.
• Follow receptionist processes and maintain a polished front desk presence.
