Job summary

Freight Breakers LLC is seeking weekend freight handlers to load and unload shipments in West Jordan, UT. You’ll move boxes, scan shipments, and arrange loads with a focus on safety and accuracy.

The role features a production-based pay structure with earnings potential from $16–$25 per hour, and top performers can reach $25–$35 per hour. A 12-hour Friday–Sunday shift runs 7:00 AM–7:30 PM, with possible weekday hours based on needs.

Qualifications

• Physically active work environment required.
• Lift and carry packages weighing 5–50 lbs repeatedly.
• Maintain reliability and punctual attendance.
• Operate in a high-volume warehouse setting with safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Help move freight between trailers and the warehouse.
• Load trailers by hand from conveyor lines.
• Scan shipments with handheld devices and sort into cages.
• Unload packages from trailers onto conveyors and maintain flow.
